How do I track my order?

To track your order, click the “Track Your Package” button in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders sent with free shipping go out as small letter-size envelopes, so tracking is limited and may not update in the Shop app or on your order page. Your shipping email is the best place to check for updates.

If your order ships as a parcel, tracking will update normally in the Shop app and on USPS. Parcel tracking numbers usually begin with 9.

Why is my tracking number showing as invalid or unavailable?

Our free shipping option uses EasyPost letter-mail tracking for lightweight shipments, which works differently from regular USPS parcel tracking.

Because of that:

  • USPS may not recognize the tracking number
  • tracking may show as invalid on the USPS app
  • tracking may not update in the Shop app
  • tracking updates may be limited or missing

Free shipping tracking is not guaranteed, but your package should still arrive.

International stamp orders do not include tracking at all. You will still receive a shipping confirmation email with a stamp number, but that number will not provide live tracking updates.

For full USPS tracking, choose USPS Ground Advantage at checkout.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Don’t worry — this is usually normal, especially with free shipping.

Free shipping tracking may update slowly, only show a few scans, update after delivery, or not update at all. It also may not appear in the Shop app. Sometimes the shipping confirmation email goes out before USPS scans the package, or before the full 1–3 day processing period is completed, so tracking can look inactive at first.

Sometimes tracking won’t update until the package gets close to delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks for free shipping orders to arrive from the shipment date.

International stamp orders do not include tracking. You’ll still receive a shipping confirmation email with a stamp number, but it will not show live tracking updates.

Does “Origin Processing Cancellation of Postage” mean my order was canceled?

No — this does not mean your order was canceled.

It usually means the post office marked the postage as used when they first scanned the package. Your order is still on the way.

How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

After that, delivery time depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout.

For free shipping orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Free shipping is sent as First-Class letter mail, so delivery can vary and tracking may be limited.

International orders can take 4 weeks or longer, depending on customs and local postal delays.

Please note:

  • Holidays, weather, and USPS delays can slow things down
  • Tracking may update slowly or inconsistently, especially for letter-mail shipments
  • If you need faster or more reliable tracking, choose USPS Ground Advantage at checkout

My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it

99% of Frog Mustard orders ship via regular letter mail in a yellow envelope. USPS typically scan letter mail as “delivered” when it reaches your local post office, not when it reaches your mailbox.

Please allow up to 3 business days after the delivery scan for your order to arrive in your mailbox.

If it still hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, please check your physical mailbox, mail stack, and with family or roommates. Our yellow envelopes are sometimes mistaken for junk mail or bills.

Can I get a refund for upgraded shipping if it didn't arrive in time?

No — we do not refund upgraded shipping costs for USPS delays.

We are not USPS, and once your order has been handed off correctly, delivery timing is out of our control. If you paid for upgraded shipping, that charge covers the shipping service selected at checkout. We do not profit off of delivery charges.

The only exception is Priority Mail Express, which may be eligible for a refund directly through USPS if it arrives late. Those refund requests must be made through USPS, not through us. You can make the request here: Request Refund.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer a few different shipping options at checkout:

Free Shipping: USPS First-Class Mail

  • Sent mostly as letter mail with tracking provided through EasyPost
  • USPS may not recognize the tracking number
  • Tracking may be limited, delayed, or not update in the Shop app
  • Most orders arrive without issue, but tracking is not guaranteed
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery
  • USPS First Class Mail Full Details

Orders with 4+ magnets or larger bundles (over 3.5 oz) may be automatically upgraded to parcel shipping with better tracking.

Free shipping is only available for eligible U.S. orders.

USPS Ground Advantage

  • Shipped as a parcel with full USPS tracking
  • Best option if you want more reliable tracking updates
  • Usually arrives in 2–5 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks
  • USPS Ground Advantage Full Details

USPS Priority Mail

  • Faster shipping option, often arriving in 1–3 business days
  • Includes full USPS tracking
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed

Why is shipping slower than Amazon?

Because we’re a small business, not Amazon.

We pack your order ourselves and hand it off to USPS for delivery. Once it’s with the post office, shipping speed is out of our hands.

Amazon has its own massive delivery network. We use the same postal system everyone else does, so transit times can vary depending on USPS, weather, holidays, and local mail volume.

We know waiting is frustrating, and we really appreciate your patience. Thanks for supporting our little swamp operation.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect

Please email hello@frogmustardstickers.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible. If your order qualifies under our policy, we’ll make it right. 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

I didn't get my package.

If your tracking says Delivered but you have not received your package yet, please wait up to 3 business days. USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before they actually arrive.

If your package still has not arrived after the normal delivery window, please allow:

  • Domestic orders: up to 2 weeks
  • International orders: up to 6 weeks

If those timeframes have passed and your package still has not arrived, email us at hello@frogmustardstickers.com for help. Please include your order number.

Please note:

  • Once your package has been handed off to USPS, delivery delays are outside of our control
  • We do not have additional tracking information beyond what USPS provides

Time limit for claims

  • Missing package claims must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date
  • After 90 days, USPS may recycle tracking numbers
  • Once a tracking number has been recycled, we can no longer investigate the package

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it has not been packed yet.

Email hello@frogmustardstickers.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Can I exchange my product for a different one?

No, we do not accept exchanges for a different design or item once delivered.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@frogmustardstickers.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll review it.

What items are not eligible for replacement or refund?

We cannot replace or refund:

  • items damaged during application
  • small bubbles or defects
  • wrong address orders
  • orders over 30 days old
  • USPS-tracked packages until USPS completes its investigation
  • for magnets used on plastic, non-magnetic, or aluminum cars
  • theft of package or product after delivery

How do I apply my sticker?

Clean the surface with water and a cloth, then let it dry completely. You can also wipe it with a microfiber towel. Avoid alcohol, detergents, or anything that could leave residue or affect the adhesive.

Peel off the backing, line up your sticker, and apply it slowly. Smooth out any air bubbles by pressing from the center outward.

Small bubbles should fade within about a week or in heat.

For best results, apply stickers to smooth, clean surfaces. Glass, metal, chrome, windows, and other smooth surfaces work best.

Avoid applying stickers to textured plastic, molding, trim, or dirty, waxy, or greasy surfaces. Stickers may not work well on low surface energy plastics, such as some coolers and treated plastics. Allow stickers to cure after application for 48 hours before washing your vehicle.

If your sticker starts to peel or lift, gently warm it with a hair dryer or heat gun on low, then press it back down firmly. This can help the adhesive bond better. Make sure the surface is clean and dry first.

How do I remove my sticker?

Peel it off slowly using your fingers or a plastic card to lift the edges.

Do not use anything sharp, since that could damage the surface underneath.

If the sticker is hard to remove, gently warm it with a hair dryer or heat gun on low. Once the adhesive warms up, it should peel away more easily.

Will this damage my paint?

Our stickers are made with high-quality vinyl and are designed to remove cleanly when removed properly.

In most cases, they should not damage your paint. However, paint that is already chipped, damaged, old, or poorly bonded may be more likely to lift during removal.

To reduce the risk, remove stickers slowly and carefully.

How durable are your stickers and magnets outdoors?

Our products are waterproof, UV-resistant, and made for outdoor use.

Most will last 3–5 years or more depending on weather, sun exposure, application, and how they’re used.

For magnets, we recommend removing them before car washes or extreme heat, cold, or wind to avoid losing them.

How do I use and care for my magnet?

Use magnets only on a clean, dry, magnetic surface.

Before buying, make sure your vehicle surface is actually magnetic. Some cars have aluminum, plastic, fiberglass, or other non-magnetic panels.

Remove magnets before car washes or extreme weather. 

We also recommend removing them regularly and cleaning underneath to prevent dirt buildup and reduce the risk of scratching.

Why won’t my magnet stick to my car?

Our magnets are strong and flexible, but they only work on clean, flat, magnetic surfaces. They will not stick to plastic, aluminum, fiberglass, or other non-magnetic panels.

Standard magnets are made with 20 mil magnetic backing. We also offer a thicker 30 mil upgrade, which may hold its shape better in colder weather. Please note that thicker magnets may look more noticeable on your vehicle.

Before troubleshooting, test your surface first.
If the magnet sticks to your fridge but not your car, your vehicle likely has non-magnetic panels in that area. Try another spot, such as the trunk, hatch, or doors.

If the magnet does not stick anywhere on your vehicle, your car may be made with aluminum or other non-magnetic materials. Please check compatibility before purchasing, as we do not offer refunds for magnets used on non-magnetic surfaces.

If your magnet is bent or curled, temperature may be affecting it. Warm it gently with a hair dryer or heat gun on low to make it flexible again before applying.

For best results:

  • Apply only to clean, dry, flat surfaces
  • Do not place magnets over plastic bumpers, badges, or decals
  • Remove magnets regularly and clean underneath them to prevent dirt buildup and reduce scratching

What if my magnet bends or curls?

Magnets can bend or curl in cold weather or during shipping. If that happens, don’t worry — it’s usually an easy fix.

Warm the magnet gently with a hair dryer or heat gun on low until it becomes flexible again. Then lay it flat, let it cool, and reapply.

Do not place the magnet on your car while it is still bent or curled, since it may not stick properly.

How do Swampscriptions work?

Swampscriptions are monthly recurring subscriptions for Frog Mustard stickers or magnets at up to 70% off.

When you sign up, you are agreeing to receive and be billed for a new mystery pack every month until your subscription is canceled through the Swamp Portal.

Each month, you’ll receive a random selection of designs from our catalog. Mystery means mystery — you never know what kind of swampy surprise is showing up next.

Swampscriptions have a 2-month minimum commitment. This minimum allows us to offer the subscription at a steep discount while keeping the packs affordable.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through the Swamp Portal. A link to the portal is emailed after signup.

Swampscriptions require a 2-month minimum commitment before cancellation can take effect. After your second monthly subscription order has been completed, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

To avoid another renewal after your minimum commitment is complete, cancel before your next billing date.

Can I buy a subscription as a one-time purchase?

No. Swampscriptions are monthly recurring subscriptions, not one-time purchases.

When you sign up, you are agreeing to be billed once per month and receive a new mystery pack each month until your subscription is canceled through the Swamp Portal.

Swampscriptions also have a 2-month minimum commitment. This helps us keep them heavily discounted. After your second monthly subscription order has been completed, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

If you only want to place a one-time order, please shop our regular stickers, magnets, bundles, or gift cards instead.

When are subscriptions shipped?

Swampscriptions are usually processed within 2–3 business days of billing and ship via USPS letter mail. They ship monthly from the initial purchase date.

You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may be limited and may not update in the Shop app.

Can I cancel after my first Swampscription package?

No. Swampscriptions require a 2-month minimum commitment, so cancellations cannot take effect until after your second monthly subscription order has been billed.

You may still access your Swamp Portal at any time, but your subscription must complete the 2-month minimum before it can fully end.

Can I get a refund because I thought it was a one-time order?

Swampscriptions are monthly recurring subscriptions, not one-time purchases. This is stated on the product page, descriptions, in the cart, at checkout, and in your order and shipping confirmation emails.

Because Swampscriptions are deeply discounted, they require a 2-month minimum commitment. Once an order has been billed, processed, and shipped, it cannot be refunded or canceled retroactively due to misunderstanding or not reading the subscription terms.

If you accidentally purchase a Swampscription, email us before your first order ships so we can review the order and cancel it if possible. After the first order ships, the 2-month minimum commitment applies.

After your second Swampscription order is complete, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date through the Swamp Portal.

For one-time mystery purchases, please shop our regular mystery bundles, mystery stickers, or mystery magnets instead.

Why is there a 2-month minimum commitment?

Swampscriptions are priced much lower than our regular mystery items because they are intended for monthly subscribers.

The 2-month minimum helps us keep the subscription price discounted while preventing misuse of the subscription discount as a one-time mystery bundle deal.

If you want a one-time mystery purchase, we offer full-priced mystery bundles, mystery stickers, and mystery magnets in the shop.

Can I pick my designs?

Nope — that’s part of the fun.

Swampscriptions are randomly selected, so you won’t be able to choose specific designs. Sometimes you’ll get favorites, sometimes you’ll get chaos.

Will I get duplicates?

We do our best to avoid duplicates. With 350+ designs in rotation, that usually isn’t too hard.

That said, Swampscriptions are truly random, and we don’t track each subscriber’s full item history, so duplicates can happen over time.

If you receive the same design twice, send us a photo of the matching items and we’ll take a look.

What if I don’t like a sticker or magnet I get?

Swampscriptions are heavily discounted mystery products, so we don’t offer swaps, returns, or refunds based on personal preference.

Part of the fun is getting a random design from the Frog Mustard catalog — sometimes cute, sometimes weird, sometimes deeply swamp-coded.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Yes. Swampscriptions require a 2-month minimum purchase commitment.

Because these packs are heavily discounted, customers must complete at least 2 monthly subscription purchases before canceling. This helps prevent misuse of the discounted subscription price and allows us to keep Swampscriptions affordable for everyone.

After the 2-month minimum is complete, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date through the Swamp Portal.
